Chris and his team were very cordial, knowledgeable, hard-working individuals. They came to work on our house around 9:00 A.M., took only about 1/2 hour for lunch and worked through until 4:30. They always cleaned up after themselves and work really hard to get the project done before the heavy rains set in. They accomplished that and my husband and I are very pleased with the results. Josh replaced my worn out deck and did a great job. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

He treated my job as if he was working on his own deck and did the job to those standards.

I had contacted a couple other companies about handling this deck replacement and was told it was too small of a job. So I found Sound Home Exteriors at the Tacoma remodeling show and asked Chris if he would handle the job. He said there was no job too small for them and he would be happy to quote on the job. The price he quoted was fair but now in retrospect it was a great price for the quality of the job done.

Chris at an expo at Washington State Fair grounds. I needed a roof and repairs to inside and outside of my house. He gave me a quote for every thing and it was very Reasonable. The roof was done in five hours and the inside and outside projects were completed in two days and the finished work is fantastic. Started out as just windows, but ended up being a lot more. Chris came by mistake as he forgot I had canceled the appointment. Glad he did cause he and his crew have done a great job. The first job was windows and siding. Ended up with new windows. Siding in which I opted to add some insulation. I also had to get new gutters. The cost ended up being 6000 more for all of that a different company was gonna charge me for just windows. During the project noticed I was in need of a roof. Took a few bids, but Chris won that project too. The house looks fantastic and I am more than happy with all the work that was done. I am an asshole and expect a lot for my money. Chris and his crews went beyond my expectations. He also did it with as little impact on my time as possible. No big sales tactics. Just good honest quality work at a fair price.

Superior, Swift & Affordable ServiceChris and his exceptional team took on a daunting project to replace the roof on our Victorian home (6 gables) with only 2 weeks to close on the sale of our home. The quote was eminently reasonable and his team showed up ready to work 2 days later. Upon discovering structural issues on our chimney they worked coordinated with a chimney repairman to leave him room to work as they proceeded with the remainder of replacement. They completed the project 2 days prior to closing and the roof on our 132 year old home has never looked better. Phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable service at a great price. The guy who came out was very professional and showed me exactly what he found. It ended up being a quick repair to my chimney flashing and he took care of it in about 20 minutes. Chris and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and the price was very fair. We wanted to support a local company and to get a good quality roof and not pay too much and we got all three!

His crew came early, worked very hard and finished the entire job in one day including using a huge magnet to pick up stray nails!

Our roof looks great and will last for 30-50 years-well beyond our need for it! We can recommend this company with zero reservations and, in fact, have already hired them to put in new windows! Another company I got a bid from for that quoted my a bid that was more than double Chris's bid and said they would have to 'resize' all of my windows! I don't think so! Looking forward to my locally made, properly sized windows for my 1906 home that will all OPEN! Thrilling thought when you've lived 16 years with all but three painted shut!
